Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Rivermark Linden Farms is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of harvest schedules. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
