Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Cross Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of field records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
