Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Orchard Farms Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling cold storage on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of cold storage. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
