Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Clearpath Basin Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in New Orleans, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of service complaints. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
