Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Clearpath Birch Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Denver region, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
