Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Harborlight Quarry Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Des Moines, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
