Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Fernwood Hollow Inspection Services is an inspection company in Milwaukee with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
