Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Hollow Freight Associates and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling customer tracking on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of customer tracking. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
