Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Nova Lakeside Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of certifications. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
