Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Summit Keystone Farms is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 316 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of grower contracts. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
