Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Redstone Ashton Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near El Paso. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
