Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Nova Juniper Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Hartford. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of about 852 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
