Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Clearpath Oak Inspection Services Group is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
