Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Wren Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
