Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Harborlight Stone Freight is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling loads and lanes on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of loads and lanes. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
