Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Lumen Union Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of client sites. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
