Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Bright Orchard Farms Partners supplies farm and food customers across the Salt Lake City region. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of about 765 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of packing house output. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
