Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Meridian Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
