Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Rivermark Sparrow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Dallas with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
