Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Ashton Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of equipment calibration. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
