Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Clear Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of weigh tickets. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
