Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Greenridge West Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Chicago. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of landfill records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
