Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Quarry Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of collection routes. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
