Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Westbrook Lakeside Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near St. Louis. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of seasonal crews. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
