Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Silverline Quarry Environmental Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of recycling loads. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
