Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Wren Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
