Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Redstone Quarry Freight Group is a Cleveland logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling dock schedules on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
