Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Nova Stone Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Louisville with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of about 766 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
