Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Hollow Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of seasonal crews. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
