Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Clearpath Rowan Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Richmond with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
