Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Bluepeak Harbor Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Portland, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
