Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Highbridge Ashton Freight is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling claims on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of claims. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
