Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Clearpath Harbor Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Atlanta. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
