Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Stonegate Lakeside Freight is a Richmond logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. We reward reliability. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling loads and lanes on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
