Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Clearpath West Freight is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling claims on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
