Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Rivermark Clear Farms is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 825 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
