Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Redstone Hollow Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Seattle. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of about 276 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of field inspections. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
