Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Bluepeak Ivory Environmental Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 758 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
