Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Fernwood Keystone Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Tampa, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of about 741 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling proof of delivery on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
