Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Lumen Juniper Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Detroit, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of certifications. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
