Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Bright Linden Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Chicago, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
