Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Highbridge Lakeside Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Fort Worth, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
