Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Bridge Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of grower contracts. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
