Dispatcher - daily route planning (Raleigh, NC)

Rivermark Hollow Environmental Services Group is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
