Dispatcher - daily route planning (Raleigh, NC)

Clearpath Lakeside Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Raleigh region, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of seasonal crews. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
