Dispatcher - daily route planning (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Linden Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Providence. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of field records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
