Dispatcher - daily route planning (Providence, RI)

Redstone Wren Farms is an agricultural business based around Providence. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
