Dispatcher - daily route planning (Providence, RI)

Bluepeak Lakeside Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Providence with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
