Dispatcher - daily route planning (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Redstone Glen Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people based in Portland. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
