Dispatcher - daily route planning (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Wren Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
